This website is run by Unchained. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Unchained; “you” means anyone who visits the site or places an order.

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order with you by email or message.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item has sold out, a price was displayed in error, or a payment cannot be verified. If that happens we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

Prices are shown in the store's currency and include any applicable taxes unless the checkout says otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout from your address.

We accept the payment methods offered at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Our Delivery Policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.

You can return eligible items as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection law.

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours, sizes and finishes can vary slightly between screens and batches. Where stock is limited, we may limit the quantity per order.

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, gain unauthorised access, place fraudulent orders, or copy its content for commercial use.

Everything on this site, including text, photography, graphics and logos, belongs to Unchained or is used with permission, and may not be reused without our written consent.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
